GRANDMA HAMMOND'S CINNAMON ROLLS

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
- 3 cups flour
- Butter
- Brown sugar
- Cinnamon

- 1 8oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1 24oz. tub cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp. parsley
